    Biography

    I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad, Karnataka. I completed my M.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and Ph.D in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India.

    My current research interests include Hot and Warm Mix Asphalt, Asphalt Binder Rheology, Pavement Materials & evaluation, Pavement Management System, Recycled Asphalt Pavements, Concrete Pavements, Sustainable and Resilient Pavements, Pavement Design and Analysis, Pavement Rehabilitation, and Non-destructive Pavement Testing.

    Pavement Engineering Research Group (PERG)

    The Pavement Engineering Research Group (PERG) at IIT Dharwad investigates the full life-cycle of pavements — from asphalt binder rheology and hot, warm & cold mix design to recycled materials, non-destructive evaluation and sustainable, resilient pavement systems. Pairing advanced laboratory characterisation with field performance studies, PERG works closely with academia and industry to build longer-lasting, greener road and transport infrastructure.
